This website tells you about 8th Replay and its companies. The only information we ask you for is what you type into the partner form. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a newsletter.

8threplay.com is operated by Luckiest Man Ventures LLC, doing business as 8th Replay. Luckiest Man Ventures LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Headquartered in Williamson County, Texas, in the greater Austin area.

The partner form is a greetform, a product we build. It runs on greetform's systems and is embedded on this website. This website has no accounts, no email signup and no payments.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They handle information for us and only as needed to do their job:
- Form and survey software (greetform), which runs the partner form and stores what you send
- Email delivery, which sends us a notice when a form comes in
- Website hosting, which serves the pages and keeps standard request logs
- A font service, which serves the typefaces used on the pages
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our visitors or the public.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The embedded partner form may store a small amount of information in your browser that it needs to work, for example to keep your place between screens.
6. How long we keep it
- Partner form notes: for as long as the conversation is active, and up to three years after for our business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
- Technical logs: for a short time, usually no more than a few weeks, by our hosting provider
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We do not send marketing email from this website, so there is nothing to opt out of. To ask, use the partner form and tell us what you need. We respond within 30 days.
California visitors. California law gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to not be treated differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines those words.
Visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom. You may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your information, and to object to or limit how we use it. We handle your note because you asked us to reply. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact your local data protection authority.
8. Children
This website is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
